Meet the Manager
Store Manager Lilah is from San Jose and she’s been riding since she started working at Performance in 2002. Primarily a road rider, her favorite place to ride is around the Almaden area, where she enjoys the lighter traffic and interesting scenery. She loves the fast pace of her job and experiencing the passion her customers have for the sport. In addition to her own passion for cycling, Lilah is also a lover of the visual arts, so when she’s not riding, she’s usually painting.

What’s Happening?

The Great Ride Series - Beginner
You’re invited to join our beginner level Saturday morning group ride, starting and ending at Performance Bicycle. The ride is for beginners, those getting back in the saddle, or riders who want to add some variety to their cycling. The ride will last approximately one hour, and will go at an average pace of between 12 and 15 miles per hour. We’ll explore some of the local bike paths and some residential routes, as well. The ride will take place every Saturday morning at 9:00am and is a “No Rider Left Behind” ride. Come out and join us for this fun, non-competitive ride. We can’t wait to see you there.

For more details and to sign up for the ride please visit our page on MeetUp, Great Ride Series Campbell.

Spin Doctor Mechanic
Spin Doctor Ryan is from Fresno originally, but now calls San Jose home. He’s been a Performance employee since 2009, and he’s been working on bikes ever since his mom got tired of paying to repair his broken bikes and told him he’d better learn to do it himself. A roadie, Ryan says he’s getting excited about CX after completing his first season of racing. When he’s not working on bikes, Ryan enjoys traveling up and down the coast with his wife.
