FREE Indoor Cycling Class

You're invited to join our free indoor cycling class that’s designed to be fun, low-key and give you a great introduction to indoor cycling.

While the class promises a great workout that will help you kick-start your fitness plans, you don’t have to worry about flashing lights, loud music or an instructor who thinks they’re training everyone for an Ironman.

Everyone has to start somewhere, and your local Performance Bicycle Store is a great place to introduce yourself to indoor cycling.

That’s why everyone is welcome.

When: every Saturday at 9am.
Duration: Class is one hour
Instructor: A friendly and supportive store employee
What you need to bring: a bike, a trainer, water bottle, towel
Optional: fan, trainer mat, nutrition, wheel riser block

Hope to see you there. If you have any questions, please call your local Performance Bicycle Store.

Enjoy your workout!

Spin Doctor Mechanic
David has been working for Performance for 3-1/2 years and discovered his love bike mechanics while racing. David is Spin Doctor Certified and while he enjoys all aspects of bicycle repair, he relishes building bikes from the ground up. His favorite forms of cycling are mountain biking and cyclocross racing. When he’s not at Performance, David’s either racing or helping others as a personal trainer.

David’s Ride Tip: If you ever drop your bike, or have a fall, give it a good inspection to make sure everything is working properly.
