The Focus Highland Peak may be an entry-level mountain bike, but it's a highly capable first ride that can grow with you as your trail skills and bank account mature. Featuring a mix of Shimano Alivio and Deore components and SR Suntour XCT V2-MLO suspension fork with 80mm travel, the double-butted alloy frame can be upgraded easily to disc brakes thanks to the handy dandy caliper mounts that Focus has so foresightedly designed into the double-butted alloy frame.
