Sales Manager Job Description
Has the responsibility of making sure the store appearance and the associates are ready for the customers. The Sales Manager spends the greatest amount of time in front of the customer. Accountable for building and maintaining an exciting, well-merchandised store environment, ad and promotional set up, plan-o-grams and seasonal change over; all aspects that encourage the customer to come back to our store for all their customer needs. Major participant in driving sales, exceeding customer expectations and sell the sport of cycling.
Operations Manager Job Description
To assist the Store Manager in achieving the objectives and performance standards established for the Performance Retail Division focusing on sales, customer service and store operations through the supervision of shop and operational associates. This includes routine administrative duties, payroll, inventory and safety communications. To sell the sport of cycling.
