2012 Fuji Crosstown 1.0 Women's Comfort Bike

Cycling has many virtues including exercise for health and well-being, a lower carbon footprint for a healthier planet, an inexpensive mode of transportation, and of course, it's just plain fun. The Crosstown 1.0 contains all of these virtues with the added benefit of being designed with a woman's natural body proportions in mind.

The Crosstown 1.0 features a comfort-friendly frame geometry that places the rider in an upright position in order to reduce stress or pressure on the back and hands. A mountain bike-style handlebar with 40mm of rise and an adjustable angle stem let's you fine tune your position for maximum comfort. Once you're in motion, an SR Suntour fork handles uneven road surfaces or bumps to keep you in control.

24-speeds sound like a lot, but the Crosstown Shimano drivetrain gives you more options to stay comfortable, rather than wishing you had a few more easy gears. Rapid Fire thumb shifters make it easy to upshift and downshift. The hybrid saddle and double density Kraton grips further refine this remarkably comfortable ride suited for nearly any neighborhood.
