Breezer Radar Pro Gravel Bike - 2017
$1,419.00 MSRP $1,489.00
There is always more than one way to skin a trail and Breezer pretty much opened a can of "do whatever you want" with the Radar Pro. It's not a trail slayer nor an asphalt speed demon. This is a bike that will handle about whatever condition you throw at it. Want a commuter that can take a shortcut through the woods? No problem! Want to pack it down for some bikepacking adventures? Go for it! The real standout feature are those far out Oval Concepts drop bars with a massive 25 degree outward flare. Oh, and let's not ignore those monster WTB Riddler Race 45mm wide tires.
While made to be an overbuilt multi-tool of a bike, the Breezer Radar Pro holds on to some of the simpler qualities like a butted chromoly frame and fork, "easy to find and replace" anywhere in the world quick release wheel skewers, hydraulic disc brakes, rack & fender mounts, and clearance for up to 2.1 inch wide full blown mountain bike tires. This bike is designed to be as dependable as it is maintainable no matter what part of the world you happen to be exploring.
While some things may seem simple, SRAM's X9/GX drive train is nothing to gawk at. Rocking 20 speeds with a wide range 11-32t cassette out back, you can grind this pack mule up to some of the best scenic outlooks most only hear about. Other features include WTB's Volt comp saddle, Oval Concepts cockpit and a truly dependable threaded bottom bracket.
