The revolutionary machined design of the XX cycling cassette uses the same grueling manufacturing techniques that produced the SRAM Red PowerDome road cassette.
- With X-Dome design, eight of the cogs are CNC-machined together out of a single block of billet steel (4130 chromoly steel), creating an incredibly lightweight, precise, and strong cassette - a process that takes nine hours per cassette
- With X-Glide shifting, all four upshift locations on the cogs are identical and can be picked up by any outer link - resulting in perfectly timed, instant shifts, even under load
- Open design aids in mud clearance, giving you cleaner shifting performance and longer life
- Large 7075-T6 aluminum cog is replaceable
- Resilient 7075-T6 aluminum lockring
- Optimized for SRAM PC-1090 or PC-1090R chains
- Compatible only with SRAM XX components
