Saris Aluminum Bi-Fold Rollers
The product arrived in a box that was severely damaged. I contacted Performance immediately and sent pictures. I had to email three more times to try to get the issue resolved. I ended up having to call in and spoke to someone who’s finally sent me a UPS return tag. I have sent product back so they can evaluate it and ship me out a new hopefully undamaged product. I’d have to say the experience so far has not been very pleasant.
