Stan's Arch EX 29" Disc Mountain Bike Rear Wheel

The Stan's Arch EX 29" Disc Mountain Bike Rear Wheel is stronger and lighter for 2012. Arch rims use Stan's new bead socket technology instead of the traditional bead hook. The result is a lower rim sidewall, which reduces strain on the bead, creates a tighter seal and virtually eliminates pinch flats. It's so effective, you can even get away with using thinner, lighter rim strips and still avoid pinch flats.
  • A lightweight 29" MTB wheel that's stout enough to handle aggressive trail riding
  • Stan's new bead socket technology moves the sidewall of the rim down by 2-3mm to virtually eliminate pinch flats
  • Bead strain is reduced to create a tighter seal between tire and rim
  • Stan's 3.30 Disc hubs feature sealed cartridge bearings and a 3-pawl, 30-point engagement system
