2013 GT Sensor 9R Comp Mountain Bike

The GT Sensor 9R Comp is an all-mountain bike with cross country quickness and handling. It features a high quality frame, durable suspension, and Shimano hydraulic brakes.

The Sensor 9R Comp utilizes today's modern frame technology. The GT Speed Metal aluminum frame is shaped using a hydroforming technique which allows for the reinforcement or removal of material from all the right places. It features a reinforced bottom bracket, forged linkage and pivots. It has an Independent Drivetrain suspension design where the rear wheel and bottom bracket are synchronized in motion. As the name suggests, the suspension operates independent from the bike's drivetrain to eliminate pedal bob; pedal bob is a byproduct of trail riding.

The suspension features an SR Suntour Raidon fork with 120mm of travel. The fork has a rebound adjustment for custom tuning to every trail and a fork lockout for climbing efficiency or riding on the road. The X-Fusion E1RL rear air shock features an on-the-fly rebound adjust and lockout as well.

A Shimano Alivio 27-speed drivetrain and hydraulic disc brakes power your every start and stop. All Terra components provide maximum durability over a season of riding hard in and out of the saddle. Maxxis Aspen 2.1 tires and Alex double wall rims offer good grip and low flex even in poor weather conditions.
