A light 6061 Heat Treated Aluminum frame with Mid BB and integrated head tube helps keep the weight down. Throw in a Chromoly steerer fork and three piece crank set, Alienation PBR 16" rims, tektro brakes and 29/9 gearing and there's no holding you back.
