Save $500.00 (12%) $3,500.00 MSRP $4,000.00
Since the invention of the full suspension mountain bike and always with the increasing specialization of bikes, many bike companies would have you believe that you need different bikes for each type of riding. The Diamondback Clutch 2 takes a completely different approach and instead strives to be the one and only bike you'll need no matter what the trail throws your way.
Starting with Diamondback's new Level Link suspension design, the Clutch 2 delivers 130mm of smooth rear wheel travel, growing stiffer as you climb for added efficiency and giving you immense control on even the roughest of descents. Matching this amazing frame is a RockShox Pike RC fork, putting out a whopping 150mm of travel. Keeping these pieces attached to the DB Blanchard wheelset is the latest Boost thru-axle standards so you have a great range of wheel compatibility going forward and also have easy maintenance and security. These wheels are wrapped in Schwalbe's Hans Dampf Performance rubber, keeping you glued to the trail.
All of the fanciest suspension technology would mostly go to waste if you're not able to get the bike moving over the trail. The Clutch 1 utilizes the latest SRAM GX drivetrain with a single ring Race Face crankset up front for better ground clearance and a lighter setup paired to an 11-speed cassette giving you all of the gear range you could ever want. SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes and dual 180mm rotors let you keep things under control through any situation and the black and yellow paintjob just screams.
No matter what trail, no matter how high the mountain, no matter how rough the terrain, the Diamondback Clutch 2 is ready. Are you?
