The Beartooth's groupset consists of a mix of Shimano Deore and Altus parts, offering a clever balance between performance and affordability. A Samox crankset with 36/22 chainrings offers a range of gears to help you crest the steepest climbs. The Shimano Deore 9-speed rear derailleur offers reliable, efficient shifting s in the back, and Tektro HD-M290 hydraulic disc brakes give riders excellent stopping power and modulation in all conditions.
A plus-size bike is only as good as it's tires, and the Beartooth 1.3 comes equipped with Vera Eos 3.0" tires.
