No-Drop Beginner Road Ride
- Meet at 8:00 a.m. Saturdays at Donny’s Café
- 15-25 mile ride doing a loop of Coronado or other local bike paths
- Bring 2 full water bottles, nutrition singles, spare tubes and a helmet
- All levels of riders are welcome
Tuesday and Thursday Mountain Bike Ride: Starts at 5:00 p.m. at Performance Bicycle Bonita
- For intermediate to advanced riders
- Ride lasts 2 to 2.5 hours on local trails
- Must have lights and a helmet to participate

Chula Vista J Street Area Trails - MTB
Description: One of San Diego’s best kept secrets. Navigation is difficult as many of the trails incorporate streets and roads as part of the trail network - find a local to ride with in order to prevent getting lost
Difficulty: All Levels
Location: In the east Chula Vista area between E Street/Bonita Road and Telegraph Canyon/L Street. They extend into the Sweetwater and Otay areas
Mission Trails - MTB
Description: One of the largest day use areas - the network of trails allows for one to four hours riding over varied terrain
Difficulty: All Levels
Location: The trail has several entrances. The most accessible is located off of the 52 freeway and Mission Gorge Rd
Noble Canyon - MTB
Description: One of San Diego county’s most recognized mountain bike rides. The trail twists and turns through the trees. Excellent single track. Remote location – only ride with a partner
Difficulty: Advanced
Location: Begins in East County off highway 8. You have to drive about one hour to get to the trail head.
