Performance Women's Ultra V2 Shorts (Black) (S)
I have an older pair of Performance Bike's Women's Ultra shorts that I love. They fit so well and are so comfortable. I'm not sure exactly how old they are but it's been quite a few years. They have worn extremely well and actually are still in great shape. I still wear them. However, I knew I wanted a new pair. I was worried that these wouldn't be as great as my old pair as the fabric has changed and the style as well. I can tell you that these, the Ultra V2 are awesome. They fit perfectly. They are beyond comfortable. The elastic band at the leg is the best, it stays put, not too tight, so comfy. The fabric is really great; smooth, breathable and very comfortable. The chamois is also perfect. They wash great. I line dry them. For reference because I talk about how great they fit, I'm 5 ft., 90 lbs and bought a Small. If you're thinking about them, don't hesitate to buy!

I got these, size Large, and the waist band was not too small to get over my calves like most other bike shorts. 5'4, 135 pounds evenly distributed, these were the only ones that fit. Feel very comfortable. I don't like the wide band at the bottom of the leg b/c they are add a bit of length, but couldn't find other shorts that fit me.

Performance Women's Ultra V2 Shorts (Black) (M)
Took my first ride today in my new shorts. They were amazingly comfortable. I am 5'8" tall and weigh between 140-145 pounds (ordered the medium). I wear a medium-large or size 8-10 in clothing. The waist band was wide enough that it didn't roll down and the leg openings were snug and didn't ride up during my ride. The leg openings I thought were going to be a little too tight, but they were perfect during a 37 mile bike ride. The padding/chamois was great and felt comfortable in all the right areas. The fabric was light and airy but with enough compression. If you have larger thighs, I recommend going up a size. I have purchased 3-4 different brand name shorts (that didn't work as well) and these are definitely keepers. I will be ordering these again.
