Comments about TIRRENO Tirreno Razza 3000 Road Bike:

I've owned this bike for about a month and have put about 250 miles on it so far. Overall a great bike and an incredible value. Climbs like a dream and very lightweight - mine weighs in at 17.84 lbs with peddles and cages (Large frame). I ride with people who had to spring for the italian bikes or top of the line Treks. The ride of this bike is nearly indistinguishable from the ubiquitous Treks and, for a Dura Ace bike, comes in at thou$ands less. Perfect bike for the cyclist who is well above entry-level but not a racer yet. Very smooth ride. I have only 2 pieces of advice: 1) go to a local shop and ride one first since the geometry may not be to your liking; and 2) be good with a wrench since you'll need to do some assembly and all fitting yourself. But overall the bike is right up there with the big brands that go for $3-4K.

This is my first Carbon bike. I never though I would ride a bike like this. Really really glad I bought it. By far this is the best bike for the money anyone can find.

This is a good race bike
By cat 5 racer from Roseville, CA on 7/24/2006
Pros:
Lightweight
Cons:
Internal bottom bracket
Best Uses:
Climbing, Serious Racing or Training

Comments about TIRRENO Tirreno Razza 3000 Road Bike:

This bike is a great value. There are no components spec'd that are not race worthy. The compact crankset does have the old style internal isis bottom bracket however.

Comments about TIRRENO Tirreno Razza 3000 Road Bike:

I have had the bike for only 3 weeks and really like it. Last weekend I did my 1st centry this year (115 hilly miles) and had no major problems except the longer cables streching a bit. The true test will be the 3mountain/3state coming up May 6.
