The trainer's fluid resistance unit uses an internal flywheel system guaranteeing smooth, consistent delivery of a life-like pedal stroke. Nashbar Smart Fluid Trainer
Great trainer once it was finally hooked up. Especially for the price. E- Trainer App was not connecting. So I synced it to Zwift and no problems. Will try E-Trainer App again since that is the one they recommend.
