How to enter: You are automatically entered into the PerformanceBike.com when you access the PerformanceBike.com sweepstakes at www.performancebike.com and fully complete and transmit the on screen entry form by 5:00pm EST on . Since all entries are entered into an electronic database there is a limit one entry per individual. Entries received from software that automatically generates multiple registrations will be disqualified. Performance is not responsible for transmission and/or computer errors and entries that are late, lost or misdirected. Performance reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the contest without notice.

You may also enter the sweepstakes without completing the survey by sending an email to promotions@performanceinc.com that includes your email address, name, address, age and phone number so that we can contact you if you are the winner.

Eligibility: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS OVER THE AGE OF MAJORTY IN THEIR STATE. Sweepstakes is offered only in the continental United States to legal United States residents at least 18 years of age upon the date of entry. Employees of and vendors to Performance, Inc. and its subsidiaries and their immediate families are not eligible. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. This contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Performance, Inc, which are final and binding in all respects.

Entry: You are automatically entered into the PerformanceBike.com when you access the PerformanceBike.com sweepstakes at www.performancebike.com and fully complete and transmit the on screen entry form by 5:00pm EST on . Performance is not liable or responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmission or entries; (b) mail, telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) and Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Performance; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Sweepstakes.

To enter via the Internet, your computer must be set to accept cookies from the PerformanceBike.com site. Access the Performance Bicycle website at PerformanceBike.com , and complete the online registration form. Any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void. There is a limit of one entry per email address. Entries received from software that automatically generates multiple registrations will be disqualified. Performance is not responsible for transmission and/or computer errors and entries that are late, lost or misdirected. Performance reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the contest without notice. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Drawing: A random selection will be held on or about to select the prize winner.

Prize/Odds:

Notification: Prize winners will be notified by e-mail and/or UPS and/or telephone call.

Conditions: This giveaway is sponsored by Performance, Inc. Performance, Inc. and the participating promotional companies are not in anyway liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries, or acceptance or use of the prize. By participating in this giveaway all entrants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions of the judges, which shall be final. Winners assume all liability for injuries caused or claimed to have been caused by participation in this sweepstakes, or by the use or misuse of any of the prizes. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release and provide proof of birthday and consent to the sue of his/her name, likeness, and/or prize information, with out limitation for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation; an alternate winner may be selected if initial winner fails to comply with these conditions and return affidavit within 7 days of the attempted delivery of such an affidavit and release. Prize substitutions will not be permitted. If the prize becomes unavailable, Velo Echappe will award a similar prize of equal or greater value. Where permitted by law, all winners grant Performance, Inc. permission for the use of their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

In its sole discretion, Performance, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes for any reason, including, but not limited to viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which could corrupt the security, administration or proper play of the sweepstakes. By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to have your name, address and email data shared with Performance Inc. and its affiliated companies as well as the Sweepstakes sponsors (see Information Sharing and Disclosure practices). This sweepstakes is subject to the above official rules.

General Release: Performance will attempt to notify the winner by email on or within two days after the winning name has been chosen. Prize winners will have seven (7) days from notification to respond to the email. If the selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the manner prescribed, the winner will forfeit his or her Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release Performance Inc., sponsors and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).

Information Collection and Use Practices: When you enter this sweepstakes, we may ask for your name, address and email address.

Information Sharing and Disclosure Practices: Some or all data collected during this sweepstakes will be shared for marketing purposes only with the sponsors or companies indicated in the sweepstakes area on the PerformanceBike.com site.

Winners List and Official Rules: To obtain the name of the Sweepstakes winner, send a request (along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope) to Performance Inc., , One Performance Way, P.O. Box 2741, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, attn. Sweepstakes Marketing. These requests for winners must be received within three months of the termination of the Sweepstakes period. To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the same address, to the attention of Sweepstakes Rules Marketing. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage.
