Shipping and Handling Policies
For Continental US (lower 48 states), Via FEDEX Ground or US Mail, allow up to 10 business days. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, & VI delivery could require up to 21 days.
Via FEDEX. Orders received by 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Saturday deliveries incur an additional $20 surcharge. Orders placed for next day delivery after 4:00 pm EST on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
2nd Business Day Delivery: no Saturday deliveries.
Via FEDEX. Orders received by 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Additional charges apply for shipments to AK, HI, Guam, PR and VI (2-day delivery). E-mail: CustomerService@performancebike.com for exact rates. Orders for Team Members in geographic regions not served by FEDEX 2nd Day Service will have their packages shipped via FEDEX Ground or US Mail. This includes APO, FPO, Foreign and PO Box orders.
Note: When selecting Overnight or 2-day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as required to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay regular shipping on all shipments following the original order (excluding international orders). All overweight item charges apply.
Separate charges apply to overweight items like bicycles, bike carriers, trainers, wheel sets and workstands.
Hazardous items ship separately and are ship via FEDEX Ground or US Mail, allow up to 10 business days. Hazardous items cannot be shipping outside the continental US 48 states.
For shipments to the states in which we operate we are required by law to collect sales tax. Tax rates will vary by locality within each of the following states.
AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MI, MD, NC, NM, OH, PA, TX, VA, WA, WV.

Payment: Our catalog prices are in U.S. currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or mail us a money order or personal check drawn on U.S. funds. See Shipping and Handling Charges table above.
FedEx: Oversize items such as bike carriers, trainers and workstands are shipped FedEx. Additional charges may apply. Call for exact rates. Second business-day delivery is available for orders placed by 4pm EST.
GST and Duty: You will be billed 7% GST, a $5 processing fee, and duty based on the item (most clothing is 17.5%, most components 7.5%) for orders over US $17 by Canadian Customs. For items shipped FedEx, you will be contacted by FedEx concerning a brokerage fee and collection of GST and duties.

Please Note: International orders will be processed and shipped once billing address verification has been obtained. The package must be shipped to the billing address, this verification must be verbally received from the card holder's bank. Your confirmation does not reflect international shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail with shipping options and quotes for your approval. Your order will be processed when we receive a response indicating your shipping choice and approval of charges.
