Meet the Manager
Store Manager Robert grew up in southern California and he’s been riding clipped in since the late 90s. He rides both road and trail, but prefers singletrack riding. Aliso Woods, Comfort and Moab are Robert’s favorite places to ride, and a road ride in Italy is at the top of his bucket list. When he’s not helping customers or riding, Robert enjoys backpacking and travel.

The Great Ride Series - Beginner
You’re invited to join our beginner level Saturday morning group ride, starting and ending at Performance Bicycle. The ride is for beginners, those getting back in the saddle, or riders who want to add some variety to their cycling. The ride will last approximately one hour, and will go at an average pace of between 12 and 15 miles per hour. We’ll explore some of the local bike paths and some residential routes, as well. The ride will take place every Saturday morning at 9:00am and is a “No Rider Left Behind” ride. Come out and join us for this fun, non-competitive ride. We can’t wait to see you there.

Spin Doctor Mechanic
Patrick is the Spin Doctor Mechanic at our San Antonio location and he’s a proud new addition to the Performance team as of 2012. Patrick has been a professional mechanic since 1988 and is Spin Doctor certified. His favorite type of riding is road, and he gets a lot of joy out of seeing people enjoy their bikes after he’s repaired them.

Patrick’s Ride Tip: Double check all your work.
