Golden Gate Bridge to Tamalpais - Road
Description: It’s a great ride for training or just seeing nature - about 60 miles roundtrip
Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced
Location: Take the bridge across, drop down into Sausalito, take the bike path to Mill Valley, climb Camino Alto to get to Larkspur, head towards Alpine Dam
Golden Gate Park Oval - Road
Description: Giant (1.1km) flat oval that surrounds the polo field - a free part of the park and all the same training you would do at Hellyer Velodrome
Difficulty: All Levels
Location: On the Lincoln side of the park - from Ocean Beach, turn right on Lincoln and a quick left into the park, follow the sign ¾ mile up toward South Lake to the left
Rodeo to Tennessee Valley (Marin headlands) - MTB
Description: This ride has long aerobic climbs, amazing views, fun descents, wildlife, and solitude. Plus you can ride there from downtown San Francisco

Location: Start at the Rodeo Lagoon, take Miwok Trail to Old Springs Trail to Tennessee Valley Trail to Coastal Trail to Coyote Ridge to Miwok Trail to Marincello Road to Bobcat Trail
