Meet the Manager
Mary is the Store Manager at our Greenwood location and she’s been a Performance employee since 2011. Mary has been cycling seriously since 1993 and she’s a tried-and-true mountain biker through and through. She loves helping people achieve their fitness goals through cycling, and dreams of one day riding in Hawaii and Colorado.

Greenwood Group Rides
Monday: Beginner 10- 15 mile (avg speed 10 - 12 mph) & recovery ride for intermediates 15-20 miles (avg speed 14 - 16 mph)
Wednesday: Beginner 10- 15 mile (avg speed 10 - 12 mph) & recovery ride for intermediates 15-20 miles (avg speed 14 - 16 mph)
Thursday: Intermediate ride - Road bike strongly suggested - 25 - 30 miles (avg speed 16 - 18 mph)
All rides meet and leave from the store.

Local Trails

The Cultural Trail
Description: A world class urban bike and pedestrian trail that connects neighborhoods, Cultural Districts and entertainments amenities, and serves as the downtown hub for the entire central Indiana greenway system.
Difficulty: All levels
Location: Visit www.indyculturaltrail.org for maps and more information.

Pleasant Run Trail
Description: A 6.9 mile trail that begins at Ellenberger Park, connects to Christian Park and ends at Garfield Park. The trail meanders along Pleasant Run Creek offering a paved route for bicycling and walking.
Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate
Location: North Endpoint - E. St Clair Street, Ellenberger Park
South Endpoint - Garfield Point Conservatory

The Monon Trail
Description: A 10.4 mile trail that connects to several other trails. It links commercial districts, schools, parks, the state fairgrounds and a dozen residential neighborhoods.
Difficulty: All levels.
Location: The best access points are the Broad Ripple and 96th Street trailheads.


Spin Doctor Mechanic
Jeff is the Spin Doctor Mechanic at our Greenwood location and he’s been a Performance employee since 2011. Jeff has been a bike mechanic since 2002 and is both Spin Doctor and Shimano tech certified. He enjoys riding mountain bike riding, especially at his favorite spot, Brown County State Park.
