3Rd Eye Clip On Eyeglass Mirror (Black)
The 3rd Eye mirror is the best on the market, bar none. Why? First, the closer the mirror is to your eye, the easier it is to see the big picture behind you. Bar-end mirrors simply can't match that. And if you attach the little mirror to your glasses or sunglasses, it's not going to wiggle around much (like the helmet mirrors tend to do.) I've been using the 3rd Eye mirror for years - and nothing else comes close!

3Rd Eye Clip On Eyeglass Mirror (Black)
This thing is great. As things go, it got damaged. After riding without it for a while, I found I keep looking in the spot where it used to be. I really miss not being able to see what's behind me. This time I'm going to buy two. I hate having excess stuff on my bike. It clips perfectly on my 100% riding glasses. My first one lasted over a year. For the price and the amount of safety this little gadget provides it's well worth the investment.

3Rd Eye Clip On Eyeglass Mirror (Black)
If you're wondering whether to get a mirror that clips to glasses or one that clips to the drops--I pass people on the Coastal Highway in Delaware and about ONE percent of the riders with the mirrors on the drops seem to actually ever look at them! It might be too much distance from where you should be looking (ahead). With the mirror mounted on your glasses, you just cock your head a bit, have a glance. Do it all you want, never miss a beat. BTW I do better with the mirror on my non-dominant eye.

Mirrors are chiefly to see when there's no traffic back there, and you can safely cheat away from the edge of a road, or to know when faster riders are coming up and move over, save them from having to shout at you.

I have used this mirror for fifteen years, both sculling and riding. It IS possible to break one if you drop it just right on a hard surface like a shower floor. I finally managed this year. Light as this one is (I've tried another one here, heavier), very light, it is still a little heavy for a snazzy pair of (prescription) sunglasses I bought that had really thin temples. The mirror jiggles a bit on them. Forget that. So beware of that and avoid such glasses. Bring one of these to the store with you.

The ball joints can be a little sticky at first, but they loosen up, and the idea is to get the mirror angled just the way you want it when you set out and never touch it again, so this doesn't matter. Also covers a case where the joints are loose, seems like that has happened also.

Great product. I bought a half dozen of them back when, and I'm back for more. Eventually you lose the mirrors or the plastic clips break or whatever. The rubber pads around the clips wear out but they're optional. The mirrors clip on just fine without them.
