The Tacx Blue Twist trainer is an easy and affordable way to get started with indoor training. The seven position manual resistance control is located on the resistance unit itself, and lets you set your resistance prior to your workout. It has magnetic brake system with 8 permanent magnets. A stable and robust platform keeps you planted during your workout. Works with wheels of diameter 600-700mm.
