A nice mirror if you never exceed 12 mph. The website shows and describes a mirror with stainless bolts at the links that hold the mirror, but mine was delivered with rivets. This means that the mirror cannot e tightened into a fixed position once you find the right spot for your setup. The mirror works fine at slow speeds, but regularly folds itself onto my left hand while riding due to wind pressure and the “adjustable” links. Too bad, I like the design, but the execution is a fail.
I have used this mirror on several bikes for years, and am getting one for each member of my family. They are easy to attach/move from bike to bike, as needed, stable and secure when installed, and remove in seconds to carry with you if you are parking somewhere that leaves your bike exposed to opportunistic thieves. The three-joint pivot arm allows them to be installed in virtually any location on your bike, and they are solid--mine has taken several direct hits in collisions/crashes, and survived better than i did. The field of vision is clear and large enough to see exactly what is coming at you from behind. my only criticism is that the rubber attachment strap could be a bit longer for use on some of the wider downtubes common on modern bikes. Highly recommended.
