CycleOps Fluid 2 Trainer
My first trainer. Purchased to ride inside during rainy weather. I spent a lot of time online researching, in shops asking questions, and reviewing magazine suggestions. I finally decided on the CycleOps Fluid2 and haven't regretted it. It is quieter than I anticipated and the resistance is increased by changing into a higher gear.
This is far from riding outside, I try watching TV or getting into intervals when using it - I can only spend about 30 minutes max on the trainer.

Great purchase - would recommend.
