The Diamondback Atroz 1 mountain bike utilizes a single-pivot rear suspension design to deliver smooth, chunk eating compliance while mechanical disc brakes provide powerful and consistent braking performance. The added range of a 2x drivetrain, allows riders to find the perfect gear combination for varying terrain.

I am a fit 67 year old man in the Hell's Canyon area. I needed a source of quick, fun, aerobic exercise that would not stress my cervical fusion.
So this bike has worked out very well. It's a sturdy, entry level, full suspension Mt Bike that I ride for an hour or so a day on rough gravel roads. The shipment came on time and was undamaged. The bike was easy to assemble and I was riding in a couple of hours. I did need to get another seat that was better for an ageing mans prostate.
