Elite DIRETO II Interactive Trainer
Bought in November 2018. Bluetooth compatible was questionable. I wrote to the company and only useless suggestions. Finally I read a post to remove all other Bluetooth items and it began to work. May 2019 it began making some knocking sounds. I searched online and found out I was not the only one who had issues. Various websites researched YouTube and the Elite forum web site. NO ANSWERS GIVEN. I pushed through until the knocking turned into vibrations. I was able to get an e-mail address from YouTube and sent off a message to the company on 31 October 2019. I received a request for a video of the knocking noise along with the serial number. I sent both in promptly. As of this date no response.
Bottom line is that if you are in the United States, there aren't any places you can take this machine to for servicing. Most posts by the company state that the device should be maintenance free. From my experience it is not. Lack of customer service and support make this purchase for me to be a waste of time and money.
