Armor Clad XD Technology is a lightweight, full-coverage layer of tightly woven nylon between the tires casing and tread that provides durable bead-to-bead protection against tread punctures and sidewall damage without compromising ride quality. Bad experience with these tires. Just had my 2nd blowout on near brand new tires. Never had such experience with 40,000+ miles on other brands.

I am so glad to see these available again. I am still running the pair I bought from the old performance bike. Very happy with the grip and easy rolling properties of these tires. No flats yet!
