Forte Pisgah 2 Tubeless-Ready Mountain Tires were developed on some of the toughest trails in the Pisgah National Forest. Available in 26, 27.5 and 29" sizes, all featuring a 2.35-inch width, these tires are ideal for XC riding or any epic ride that demands climbing as well as fast, technical descents. Pisgah 2's have a tread design that provides optimal balance between grip and low rolling resistance. They combine a 60A/50A dual durometer tread compound for long wear life and good bite in corners. Forte PISGAH 2 Tubeless Ready MTB Tire (60TPI) (29 x 2.35)
Set up tubeless with no problems but noticed some sealant leak on the sidewalls of the tire . My sealant stopped the leak but after every ride it would return with the flexing of the tire .My tire sealant helped it to holed air so it wasn't a problem for riding . The tire is fast rolling and I am using it for a rear tire . It is wearing down quickly and after a couple months is in need of being replaced which is surprising because they supposedly use the harder compound .I ride in the high desert of southern ca. with alot of rock and decomposed granite so it hard on tires to begin with but this tire has worn much faster than others I have used. Even xc tires. Maybe more appropriate on more loamy dirt to extend the life of the tire . Pavement probably isn't good either for wear. I am disappointed as I wanted to like this tire and I did as far as how it road but its construction just wasn't up to the task in my riding conditions over its short term use

Forte PISGAH 2 Tubeless Ready MTB Tire (60TPI) (29 x 2.35)
Bought a pair for my son's hard tail, gripped well on light packed trails.
Mounted with tubes, fitted up nicely. Recommended to a couple more riders we know.
