The Garmin Varia RVR 315 Rearview Radar sensor is a stand-alone Varia radar unit without a built-in taillight. The Varia radar syncs with Bluetooth or ANT+ enabled Garmin devices and provides a visual and audible alert when a car is approaching.

Garmin Varia RVR 315 Rearview Radar
Works well, especially on a long ride, keeps you alert of vehicles behind you. With electric cars, cars are so silent that it's hard to hear them when they sneak up behind you. Good buy and would recommend every cyclist has this gadget to keep them safe. Even works on an old Gamin 810. Decent battery life when compared to VARIA 515.
