Giro Bell Javelin Time Trial/Triathlon Helmet - Closeout (Silver/Blue)

Designed for the pros, the Bell Javelin Time Trial/Triathlon helmet features an aerodynamic fuselage that's been proven effective in wind tunnels and the real world. Bell's easily adjustable Twin Axis gear (TAG) fit system makes for a snug, safe fit. The TAG fit system adjusts to the head on two axes -- circumferentially, as standard fit systems do, but also horizontally, to better accommodate differences in the up/down position of t he occipital lobe.

The Javelin also features cam-lock levers, and the exclusive SeamFlex ear flaps make getting the Javelin on and off both quick and painless. Three ventilation channels provide necessary air flow, and a fusion in-mold microshell makes for added durability. The lightweight webbing brings the helmet in at a lightweight 380 grams, and the X-Static padding with real silver fibers provides quick-drying material that inhibits growth of odor-causing bacteria and fungi while keeping you cooler than standard padding. The Javelin also comes with a removable race shield to keep the bugs, dirt, and rain out of your eyes, and it complies with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's safety standards for bicycle helmets and will keep you safe, comfortable, and aerodynamic.
