The rugged, dependable drivetrain features Shimano's Deore shifters, front derailleur, and FSA Comet Megaexo MTB, 2x10 38/24T crankset, which is hooked up with an SLX Shadow Plus rear derailleur. Some serious stopping power in all kinds of conditions is provided by Shimano hydraulic brakes with 180mm front and 160mm rear Centerlock Rotors. The Zaskar Comp 27.5 is a supremely balanced machine, offering a blend responsive of cross-country handling and quick acceleration. That performance comes in part via the wheelset that has Alex DP21 double-wall rims with quick release skewers.
