Don't order these expecting to get 700c 28 - 32mm as advertised in the description -- they're actually 27" 1 1/8 to 1 1/4, with different packaging than depicted in the photo, corresponding to a different Kenda product. It's possible they view them as equivalent, but they are selling them under false pretenses.
When asked to replsce, customer service replaced with the same wrong product even when dimensions were specified. Don't trust Performance Bike to deliver what's in the description.
