I believe the shoe was advertised as coming in 2 widths - medium and extra wide. Although I had indicated the medium, it would appear that I received a very wide shoe. Since I only tested them for length and then rode in them, I feel unqualified to return them, but I am a bit disappointed as it seems the fit is not ideal after riding in them. Since the length is ok, I will deal with the inconvenience and cinch them up - it is summer, and I am anxious to ride and this shipment took quite a long time to arrive. If I were to return them, I am afraid I would miss riding for half the summer.
The product itself seems like a reasonable value for money if the fit was right. Making returns a dreaded inconvenience has soured my satisfaction rating for dealing with Performance online.
