Good things, the mount worked well and is adjustable. The light output was plenty good and is visible from the sides.
Might be fragile. The pair of batteries included with the light did not last long compared to a similar cateye clear lens light I have on the front of the bike. In the process of removing the lens to change the batteries I dropped the unit. It did not appear to damage the unit, so I put new batteries in it, turned it on and went for a ride. I got two rides out of the second set of batteries. I installed the third set of batteries and 10 minutes later the whole unit was quite warm from short circuit somewhere. I looked at it closely and could not see a simple issue that would create a short circuit. The heat distorted the chrome reflector and the unit no longer works. Not sure if it had partial short circuit from day 1 or if I caused it when I dropped it.
I ordered a red version of the cateye to replace this unit.
