Ortlieb Rail Reducers For QL1/QL2 Systems Description:

These hook inserts/rail reducers are replacement part for Ortlieb Panniers with a QL1 or QL2 system. Includes two inserts for 8mm rack tubing and two inserts for 11mm rack tubing (enough for one pannier).
