This is a Cinch Bottom Bracket for 30mm spindles, and threaded bottom brackets. 

Features:

• Compatible with standard threaded BSA shells
• Standard 6806 retainer bearings
• Bearings are external to the bottom bracket shell resulting in a stiffer wider stance
• Includes inner plastic sleeve and spacer; additional fitments can be accommodated with Cinch spacer kits
• Inner sleeve helps to protect against water
• Rubber seal located on the bearing's external side helps to reduce the risk of water penetration
