Comments about SCATTANTE 2007 Scattante CFR Elite Carbon Road Bike:

I ride casually and train/race for Sprint TRIs. Lots of hills around Atlanta and North GA, so I like having the triple. I'm not usually on it for more than an hour or two. The bike handles aggressively, so I would suggest a little experience. I've not gone over 40 mph yet, but it handled better after I had the head tube adjusted. (Thanks, Performance!!) For me, it's something to get used to since I'm reasonably new to road bikes. It's super light. A full carbon frame/fork/seat post with Ultegra components at that price is very good. Mine came with Shimano wheels. I compared it to a FUJI of comp price and components. I also looked at the TREK line, but it was more $$ for the name. I went for the upgraded components on the CFR Elite (including the carbon seat post), but the Fuji handled a little more intuitively. [...] and I am overall very pleased with my ride. Also, nice job on the exposed carbon.
