I ordered the part and it was arriving early but then the PO sent it to California. I waited and no tracking so I put a claim in and y’all sent one by UPS it got here when promised but so did the one by USPS so I sent one back. Everyone I talked to and emailed were very helpful and the battery worked so I now have wireless Di2. Love it. Sure wish y'all still had a store here. Hate waiting for online orders.I like going to the store and having it in my hands right away. Thanks for the great customer service

Ten days after ordering this I still have not received it. Impossible to say if the battery is any good but service is awful.
