Shimano Deore XT CS-M8000 Cassette (Grey) (11 Speed) (Shimano/SRAM) (11-42T)
Shifts almost as well as XTR but way more affordable. Good balance between lightweight and affordable. Durable and long lasting. Big throw up to the 42t cog isn't noticeable or too difficult for the derailleur.
