For flatter races and time trials the Shimano Dura-Ace WH-R9270-C60-HR-TL Wheelset is an excellent choice. With a high-rigidity (HR) design specific to this wheelset, the C60-HR uses a 2:1 spoke pattern, unique front hub design, and thicker spokes to create a stiff wheel that corners amazingly. Tested in Shimano's wind tunnel, these deep-section rims feature a fast and stable cross-section – perfect for rouleurs, sprinters, time trialists, and triathletes

Features:

  • HR: High-Rigidity version, +20% increased lateral rigidity for powerful riders and sprinters
  • Tubeless-ready: can be used with or without tubes
  • 60mm height full carbon rim
  • Internal rim width: 21mm
  • Cassette compatibility: while the Dura-Ace freehub body is the same size as 11-speed road, Shimano only recommends using their 12-speed cassettes. Use of 11-speed cassettes may result in equipment failure
