Your purchase is protected for 365 days. Please retain all product packaging, tags, owner's manual and proof of purchase.
All bicycles returned within 365 days with proof of purchase and in "like new" condition will receive a full refund. Refund will be made in the tender type originally used. In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the cost of materials and labor to replace parts of the bicycle that show signs of wear and tear (i.e. tires, grips, handlebar tape, saddles, pedals, cranks, wheels, etc.). If the bike shows signs of significant wear and tear or damage due to abuse, incorrect installation or accidents, as determined by Performance Bicycle staff, it will not be accepted for return or refund. Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Components, Parts, Accessories and Apparel
All components, parts, accessories, and apparel will receive a full refund when returned with proof of purchase in new condition within 365 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be made in the tender type originally used. All product packaging, tags and owner's manual must be intact. Performance Bicycle staff will assess the condition of the product and if the product is determined to be used, it will not be accepted for return or refund. Returned nutrition products that have passed their expiration date will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
If a product purchased from Performance Bicycle has a manufacturing defect, it will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Performance Bicycle staff will contact the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. The customer will be required to maintain possession of the product until the issue is resolved with the manufacturer.
Performance Bicycle-designed Product Warranty:
Performance Bicycle-designed product is manufactured to deliver consistently high quality. Our product is guaranteed for 365 days against defects in workmanship under normal wear and tear conditions. If the product shows signs of damage due to abuse, incorrect installation or accidents, it will not be accepted for replacement or refund. If you experience a product defect, please contact our product experts in our stores or at 800-727-2453. If the product is determined to be defective, you will receive a product replacement or refund with your proof of purchase.
You can return your item to any of our retail locations nationwide or by mail.
If you are returning or exchanging your item via mail use the following procedure:
- Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Performance will refund the actual ground shipping costs to return damaged merchandise or to return merchandise due to a mis-shipment).
- Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.
- Send returns to: PBS Returns Dept., 144 Old Lystra Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27517-6330 (we do not accept CODs).
- Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
