Van Dessel Motivus MaximusRoad Bike Frame - Disc Brake
Road bikes are changing, and they're changing fast--with more options now available than ever. So wouldn't it make sense that you have a road bike that's just as versatile as the equipment options? The Van Dessel Motivus Maximus is exactly such a bike. The Motivus Maximus is a true modern bicycle, with a frame that's capable of running either rim brakes or disc brakes (see item 31-4094 for disc version), and, thanks to modular rear drop outs, is fine with 130mm QR, 135mm QR or 142mm/12mm thru axle. Fully internal cable routing is compatible with either Di2, EPS, or mechanical drivetrains. Aeroshaped carbon fiber tubing helps you cut through the wind, but is stiff and light enough to be right at home on any climb. The frame is also internally reinforced in all the right places for added rigidity and durability without adding too much weight. Clearance for 28mm tires makes this bike plenty capable of going off road if you want, since you can run bigger tires. The Motivus Maximus is perfect for long road racing, gran fondos and centuries, with amazing comfort and stability that's only rivaled by its versatility.
