It never arrived. You sent this through USPS and so there is not much I can do about it. But for an expensive item, I would have expected much more secure delivery - UPS or Fed Ex.
UPDATE: THE SHOP EFFICIENTLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT CHARGER BY OVERNIGHT MAIL THROUGH FED EX. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU!
