Specialized Hella Flush Headset Top Cap (FSA 2014 Epic Carbon)
Awesome bearing cover, perfect if you want to replace your stock bearing cover to slam your stem even further.
It has a rubber gasket to keep dirt out, but there shouldn't be any resistance in turning your handlebars after tightening the headset cap bolt. If there is, that means you need some microspacers to raise the bearing cover a bit so it's more raised up off of the bearings and doesn't mush the rubber gasket (or even the aluminum cover itself) into your frame.
Also check your old bearing cover's diameter, this one is 45.5mm but many of them go up to 51mm.
