Specialized Men's RBX Tights (Black) (L)
I purchased a Large which fit my 36" waist fine. I have an inseam around 34", tights were plenty long. No drawstring. The material has very little friction causing me to slide on my MTB saddle more than normal. I rode with the tights over my chamois bibs, and found the top of the tights tended to slide down during the ride from my waist to my hips. This may not be a problem for those with athletic builds. The fabic thickness was not warm enough for my 25-30 F degree ride. I will be looking for a replacement tight with fleeced inner layer.
