The Surly Steamroller is a dedicated single speed commuter that is designed with the capacity to handle potholes, off-road shortcuts, and back alleys like a champ. Beefy FFF tire clearance allows rider to mount large volume tires for better winter traction or simply for a more supple ride quality. 

Features: 

  • 100% Surly proprietary 4130 chromoly tubing, ED Coated, TIG-welded, Double-butted main triangle
  • Sliding horizontal dropouts set up for single speed compatiblity
  • Road like frame geometry with track legal BB height and track crank compatibility
  • Fork and seatstay drilled for standard mid-reach brakes
  • Frame is ED Coated for increased life expectancy
  • Clearance for tires up to 700c x 38mm
