This Tacx Smart Speed & Cadence Sensor measures your speed and cadence and transmits this information wirelessly via dual technology to the devices it's linked to. That means you can link more that one device simultaneously, such as a telephone or tablet and sports watch.
Do you have a basic trainer? If so, you can use this sensor to train with your smartphone or tablet. You train on the basis of virtual power with the Tacx Training app, Tacx Cycling app, Zwift or TrainerRoad.
Compatible with devices that have ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart (bluetooth 4 and higher).
Note: If you have a different Bluetooth version and you want to link the Tacx sensors to your smartphone or tablet, you can use a receiver developed specifically for that purpose. For an Apple (iPhone) device, use the Wahoo ANT+ dongle. For devices with a micro USB port, use the Tacx ANT+ Dongle micro USB.
