TransIt Bikes Aloft Storage Rack (XR-810) (2 Bikes)
I bought this one (my third) for use at my office. It's a very sturdy and stable rack, and easy to adjust for different styles of bikes; I don't think twice to hang my touring bike on (on the lower arms though!).
I really want to give this 4 1/2 stars. Minor faults:
- the threads on the adjustable feet should be longer to allow for really uneven floors. I had to shim the feet on this one to make it stand truly vertical in it's designated space.
- you have to be careful tightening the bolts securing the uprights to the base legs. You could easily crush the uprights by overtightening the bolts; there should be spacers included to prevent this.
- the cradles feel more like plastic than hard rubber, and have a deep-vee cut to them. This isn't a problem for round tube steel or aluminum bikes, but it would be nice if there were optional cradles that are softer and have a shallower cut to them to accommodate carbon bikes; I wrapped the cradles on my home stand with old tubes to hang my gravel bike.

TransIt Bikes Aloft Storage Rack (XR-810) (2 Bikes)
This is the best rack in my opinion for storing bikes. We now have 3 of them and they just work really well.

A good price for the rack. But not a 5 star. The stems on the levelers are not long enough to allow leveling on any uneven surface. Also the cranks for the stems on which the bike rests end up putting deep dents into the uprights. Placing some type of flat item at the end would have taken care of this issue.

TransIt Bikes Aloft Storage Rack (XR-810) (2 Bikes)
This “tower” of this rack is well made and stable. However, the securing bolts for adjusting the height of the arms have these absurdly tiny knobs on which you cannot get a sufficient grip to tighten them to ensure they will not suddenly slide down the rack or fall off altogether. Also, the rubber V-notch bike cradles hold the bikes nicely, but they slide along the arms when you try to mount a bike on them or take one down, frequently coming completely off in the latter case. These frustrations spoil the experience with what could be an excellent product.

Goes together easy. Holding two bikes and seems stable. Heavier bike is on bottom
